"Blessed is the one who considers the poor." — Psalm 41:1–2
Pastor Esther Mwamba Foundation is a Christ-centred charity dedicated to bringing practical hope, dignity and empowerment to people often overlooked by society — children without family, persons with disabilities, widows, and disadvantaged boys. Rooted in the Gospel, we combine compassionate care with sustainable programs that restore dignity, strengthen families, and equip children and young men to flourish.
Our Mission
To demonstrate Christ’s love by serving the vulnerable — the disabled, orphans, widows — and by empowering the boy-child through education, mentorship and life-skills so they become resilient, responsible leaders in their families and communities.
Our Vision
A community where every child and vulnerable person experiences hope, dignity and opportunity — where no one is cast aside and every life is given the chance to reach its God-given potential.
Biblical Foundation
We are inspired by Christ’s call to serve and disciple others (Matthew 28:19) and by the psalmist’s heart for the poor (Psalm 41:1–2). These scriptures guide our values and programs: compassion in action, justice, restoration and spiritual formation.
How We Measure Impact
We track outcomes such as school attendance and completion, stable family reunifications, increased household incomes from livelihoods, improved independence for people with disabilities, and measurable shifts in young men’s attitudes and life choices through our mentoring programs.
